With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Responsibility - Creativity - Development", the Congress has the task of evaluating the implementation of the Resolution and Action Program of the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hoan Kiem District, term 2019-2024, in order to continue promoting the tradition and strength of great national unity, strengthening the gathering and uniting of all classes of people, creating social consensus, striving to compete to contribute with the Party Committee, government and people to build a rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Hoan Kiem District.
During the 2019-2024 term, the Hoan Kiem District Fatherland Front has been proactive, creative in many ways, mobilizing all classes of people and member organizations to actively and effectively participate, contributing with the Party Committee and the Government to repel the Covid-19 epidemic; ensuring social security, effectively implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", the Fund for the Poor, the Fund for Vietnam's seas and islands... In particular, implementing the Sustainable Poverty Reduction Program, the District Fatherland Front has mobilized 18 wards to coordinate with the authorities to mobilize businesses and philanthropists to monitor and help near-poor households. As a result, the number of near-poor households has gradually decreased. The management and use of the District's Fund for the Poor are for the right purposes and the right subjects, ensuring democracy, publicity and transparency...
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong - Chairwoman of the Hanoi City Fatherland Front Committee affirmed that in the coming term, the Hoan Kiem District Fatherland Front needs to further enhance its proactiveness, creativity, efficiency, proactively grasp advantages, promptly identify difficulties and challenges, promote the determination, solidarity and unity of the entire political system and all classes of people to successfully complete the 6 programs, 4 breakthroughs and 11 main targets set by the Congress.
With the new determination and new spirit of the Congress, the Hoan Kiem District Fatherland Front will inherit and promote the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front through the ages. With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Responsibility - Creativity - Development", the District Fatherland Front will gather more and more people from all walks of life in the great national unity bloc, deploy emulation movements and campaigns; strengthen the close relationship between the people and the Party and the government, creating great strength to build Hoan Kiem to develop more and more strongly, worthy of the role of "heart" of the Capital.
