On August 15, at the District's Center for Communication - Culture - Sports , the People's Committee of Ea Kar district organized the launching of the Ea Kar District Tay Nguyen Folk Song - Cheo Club and exchanged with folk song clubs nationwide.
The Ea Kar District Tay Nguyen Folk Song - Cheo Club was established under Decision No. 948 dated May 19, 2023 of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, with 20 members who are the cultural cores of communes and towns in the district and some districts in the province.

The club was established to create a useful playground for those who love folk art and traditional Cheo to exchange and learn experiences, thereby promoting the development of grassroots art movements.

At the launching ceremony, the Tay Nguyen Folk Song - Cheo Club of Ea Kar district organized an exchange program with 17 folk song clubs nationwide and clubs in the province and locality. With more than 100 actors, the units brought 40 attractive Cheo and folk song performances, typically some excerpts of Quan Am Thi Kinh Cheo, Cheo scenes, Cheo echoes of the Tay Nguyen... attracting a large audience to watch and cheer.
