At the launch of the program "Sister Beautiful - Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves 2023" on October 19 in Ho Chi Minh City, when asked what would happen if she did not receive a high number of votes from the audience, singer My Linh, on behalf of the female artists, expressed: "Since it is a game, we have to play and accept it. I am one of the three oldest beautiful women in the competition and have received a lot of luck in my career. If I have to experience failure, I will laugh and consider it a fun experience."
Meanwhile, singer Phuong Vy also shared: “Coming to the contest, we get to live among our sisters and are really happy, very happy. Through this contest, we also see one more thing clearly: Vietnamese showbiz is not only about drama (noisy stories) but also about artist love, sisterhood. Together we will bring the audience beautiful, special performances…”.
Sister Dep Dap Gio Rê s s 2023 brings together 30 female artists working in all fields in the entertainment industry: My Linh, Hong Nhung, Thu Phuong, Le Quyen, Doan Trang, Luu Huong Giang, Thanh Ngoc, Giang Hong Ngoc, Uyen Linh, Phuong Vy, Nguyen Ha, Hoang Oanh, Van Hugo, Diep Lam Anh, Miss H'Hen Nie, Dieu Nhi, Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc, Khong Tu Quynh, Quynh Nga, Lynk Lee, Thai Trinh, Huyen Baby, Bao Anh, MLee, Trang Phap, Yen Trang, Pham Lich, Ha Kino, Huong Ly, Tu Vi.

When participating in the program, they have to go beyond their familiar images, practice more variety-like performances, combine choreography and compete in the form of a band. The artists will form bands with each other in numbers of 3 members, 5 members or 7 members and the bands will change according to the performance.
The program has 5 premiere nights, 1 final night and 1 group night. At each premiere round, the organizers will select and invite 357 female audience members to the studio to watch the performances live. The 357 audience members will vote for their favorite performances and favorite beauties.
Also at the program announcement, the organizers announced the MV Where the Dawn is Full of Sunshine . This is the MV of the program's theme song, conveying a positive message about women who overcome all their own limits to continue to create, contribute, and relive their youthful dreams.

Sister Dep Dap Gio Roi Song 2023 will officially air every Saturday at 9:15 pm on VTV3 channel and 9:45 pm on YeaH1 Show YouTube channel starting from October 28.
