Pad Neo uses Helio G99 chipset combined with 6GB/8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 internal memory.
Powering the device is an 8,000 mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support. The tablet comes pre-installed with ColorOS 13.2 user interface.
In terms of optics, the product has an 8MP front camera and an 8MP rear sensor that supports autofocus.
The tablet comes with four Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers, SIM support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a UBS-C port.
