According to the report from the Department of Agriculture and Environment, as of 11:00 AM on May 12th, 267,892 residential land plots in the province had been granted land use right certificates, of which 219,126 plots had been cleared (reaching 81.8% of the total number of residential land and housing plots for which certificates have been issued). Throughout the province, 15,315 out of 15,501 cadastral maps have had their spatial data standardized (reaching 97.6%); 313,887 out of 467,161 records have been matched with the population (reaching 67.19%); and 212,965 land plots have had their databases synchronized with the national land information system (reaching 44.1%).
However, many land parcels still lack land certificates, and many parcels have incorrect attribute data (incorrect sheet number, parcel number, citizen identification number, land address, etc.), leading to difficulties in data standardization.
After reviewing the leadership, direction, and implementation results of each locality, Mr. Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Steering Committee, requested that localities learn from their experiences in implementation, avoiding the pursuit of achievements and instead focusing on thorough and meticulous work from the outset.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that, from now until May 18th, all localities must complete 100% of the spatial data for residential and other land maps. Regarding the 155,642 land parcels with incorrect attribute data, localities must quickly clarify each parcel to issue land certificates to people according to the correct procedures.
