Reviewing preparations for organizing the Forum on law making

On the afternoon of October 9, at the National Assembly House, the Standing Committee of the Law and Justice Committee held a meeting with the National Assembly Office on preparations for the Forum on law making.

Attending were: Standing Committee of Law and Justice ; representatives of the National Assembly Office, leaders of departments and units under the National Assembly Office.

Meeting scene

According to Plan No. 1405/KH-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, dated August 29, 2025, to organize the Forum on law-making, the National Assembly Office is the focal point responsible for ensuring the organization of the Forum on law-making. Based on the assignment of tasks according to Plan No. 1405, the Standing Committee of the Law and Justice Committee coordinates with the National Assembly Office to carry out preparations for the organization of the Forum.

Delegates attending the meeting

The Forum is expected to take place on November 15, during the National Assembly session and before the discussion session on the content of the term summary.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and agreed on plans to implement reception, logistics, finance, security, medical , communications... to serve the forum.

Delegates also discussed the coordination of budget estimates, the development of a master budget; presiding over the appraisal and approval of budget estimates, payment and settlement of the Forum's activities according to regulations; the creation of video clips to be shown at the Forum; plans to implement other tasks assigned by the Forum Organizing Committee...
