The Ministry of Transport is also tasked with leading and coordinating with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Construction, and local authorities to review highway projects currently under construction nationwide. In case of difficulties or obstacles, they must promptly report to the Steering Committee for National Key Projects and Transport Sector Projects at the nearest meeting.
The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Finance to provide full explanations to the National Assembly and its agencies so that the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Securities Law; the Accounting Law; the Independent Auditing Law; the State Budget Law; the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets; the Tax Management Law; and the National Reserve Law can be passed soon.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will provide a full explanation to the National Assembly and its agencies to expedite the approval of the Law on Geology and Minerals, ensuring favorable conditions in terms of time and procedures for licensing the exploitation of minerals used as common construction materials.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment is tasked with leading and providing full explanations to the National Assembly and its agencies to expedite the approval of the revised Law on Public Investment, in the direction of decentralization and delegation of power to "local authorities decide, local authorities implement, and local authorities are responsible"...
The People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities should proactively source materials locally or propose the allocation and transfer of materials from other localities. If necessary, they should submit proposals to the Ministry of Transport for compilation and reporting.
