During an emotional ceremony on Philippe Chatrier court, Roland Garros organizers showed a video recording memorable moments between Rafael Nadal and three of his greatest rivals in his career.

As the video ended, Murray, Federer and Djokovic suddenly walked out onto the court, surprising and touching Nadal himself – who had no prior knowledge of the special appearance.
The Big Four, who have dominated men's tennis for nearly two decades and won a combined 69 Grand Slam titles, are not only a farewell to Nadal but also a symbol of a glorious era coming to an end.

“My three biggest rivals are here today – it means a lot,” Nadal said emotionally. He said the respect and healthy competition between them has helped all four improve, leaving a great legacy for the next generation.
"King of Clay" could not hold back his tears amid the endless applause from the stands.
