The "Digital Confidence for Kids" workshop is a meaningful communication project carried out by a group of students from the K43 External Communication class at the Academy of Journalism and Communication, aiming to equip young children with safe internet usage skills.
The program features speaker Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, M.Sc., an expert in the field of skills education and applied psychology with 10 years of experience.
She is known as an inspiration to thousands of students and a trusted partner of more than 30 schools from preschool to high school across the country.
In her main presentation, Ms. Huong Giang demonstrated her expertise as a seasoned training professional by transforming dry, theoretical knowledge into an engaging lesson. Instead of one-way lecturing, she skillfully integrated information into interactive questions and witty games to guide the young participants.
The speaker helped the students identify the "Brain Rot" characters and content that are rampant online, pointed out their harmful effects, and offered practical solutions to help students learn how to choose and filter healthy and beneficial content for themselves.

For this female speaker, her core professional mission is to harmoniously combine psychological science and art to unlock potential, shape character, and inspire positive life values in the younger generation.

Beyond simply listening to presentations, the atmosphere in the hall truly exploded when the students experienced a series of activities called "Rescuing the Little Brains" and "Slaying the Monsters." These games had profound educational value, helping the children immediately apply the knowledge they had just learned to identify and eliminate harmful content.
The close interaction and dedication of Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, along with the lovely gifts from the program, transformed the workshop into an ideal learning space, helping students at Hop Hoa Primary and Secondary School confidently become knowledgeable "warriors" in the digital space.
