With the meaning of "The light of the Party - Cultural belief illuminates the way for the nation", the program is like a splendid symphony, full of colors and emotions, elaborately staged with a smooth combination of unique art forms: Singing, Dancing, General Music, traditional theater, along with circus art performances.
Through the program, we not only honor the great leadership role of the Party, but also highlight the unique characteristics of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - a place that gathers creative elites and talented artists, contributing to nurturing the soul, shaping personality and inspiring the aspirations for national development. Under the guiding light of the Party, the cultural sector has been promoting its role as the spiritual foundation of society, a strong endogenous resource in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The highlight of the stage is the Poetry Dance art scene, like a vivid historical film, recreating the arduous but heroic struggle of the Communist Party of Vietnam - the torch that guides the people through the storms of revolution.
In the bright stage space, each powerful and decisive dance depicts the steady footsteps of the pioneer soldiers, each group of figures is majestic like blocks of steadfast solidarity - a symbol of the unshakable faith between the Party and the people. Each generation of people continues to advance in the flow of history, overcoming countless challenges: war, poverty, foreign invaders, natural disasters... but never succumbs.
There, culture appears as a guiding light, a soft power that permeates the national will and spirit, identified by the Party as the spiritual foundation of society, the goal, the driving force of development.
