Colorful at Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival

(Dan Tri) - The street festival within the framework of the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival impresses with its diverse ethnic cultures, honors coffee growers and processors, and contributes to promoting the image of Dak Lak.

On the afternoon of March 10, within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025 with the theme "Buon Ma Thuot - Destination of world coffee", a Street Festival with diverse cultural colors from ethnic groups in Dak Lak province took place.

Before the Street Festival, the authorities have diverted traffic and arranged suitable areas for people and tourists to conveniently watch the festival's special performances.

In his opening speech, Mr. Truong Cong Thai - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee - emphasized that the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival aims to honor the value of coffee beans, honor coffee growers, processors and traders; contribute to promoting the beauty and cultural characteristics of the civilized and friendly land of Dak Lak.

The event is even more meaningful when it is held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Buon Ma Thuot Victory Day, the liberation of Dak Lak province (March 10, 1975 - March 10, 2025), opening the general offensive and uprising in the spring of 1975, completely liberating the South and reunifying the country.

The festival also conveys the message of love for coffee and pride in agricultural products through performances imbued with the cultural identity of the Central Highlands.

The highlight of the festival is to honor coffee growers, processors and producers. Thereby, promoting heritage values, promoting the cultural and economic values of coffee, and elevating the Buon Ma Thuot coffee brand.
