Attending the festival were Comrade Tan Thi Que - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lai Chau, Dien Bien, and Son La provinces; local Party committees and authorities, along with representatives of agencies, departments, and mass organizations of the commune, and a large number of people.
The festival featured many activities steeped in traditional culture, such as: demonstrations of traditional brocade weaving and teeth blackening by Lu women; basket weaving competitions, culinary competitions, stream fishing; competitions in traditional sports and folk games. Alongside these were exhibition spaces showcasing and selling OCOP products, local specialty agricultural products, and souvenirs.
Through this festival, the unique cultural values of the Lu ethnic group are preserved and disseminated, contributing to the promotion of tourism and socio- economic development in Khun Ha commune.
