On the morning of March 5, the large space of the Provincial Youth Activity Center was quickly filled with nearly 100 students in beautiful Team ceremonial costumes, talking and laughing. The Team Ritual Competition - Excellent Team Commander for the 2024-2025 school year, had 08 ceremonial teams, 16 Team Commanders representing nearly 30,000 team members of 164 primary and secondary school teams across the province attending.

The Team Ceremony competition is in the form of drawing lots, each team takes turns going through the following competition contents: Salute the flag, sing the National Anthem, Team Song, call and respond to slogans, play 5 Team drum songs; report scores; remove and tie red scarves; individual movements on the spot and move; horizontal, vertical, U-shaped, and circular formations. This competition requires solidarity, high concentration, and good coordination of team members in the same team.

The excellent Team Leader competition requires an understanding of the country's traditional history, the history of the Party, the history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers, and the team member training program through multiple choice questions. In addition, the Team Leaders must also demonstrate their leadership qualities through many soft skills and the ability to handle situations quickly. In particular, the junior high school team members must also practice receiving and translating Morse and Semaphore signals, translating secret messages, and practicing knots.

Not only did the teams prepare carefully in terms of costumes and drums, they were also very serious in selecting representatives for the school to participate in the competition. This was the first time Dang Tien Dat, from Phung Chi Kien Primary School, participated in the Team Ceremony Competition. According to Dat, a good Team leader needs to be equipped with knowledge and at the same time must have the skills to speak in front of a crowd, attract and gather team members in the team...
The students participated in the contest with a serious spirit and high responsibility. After 2 exciting days with many rich competition contents, 16 Team leaders and ceremonial teams excellently passed the competitions, leaving many good impressions on the judges and the audience.

As a result, Pac Nam district's ceremonial team won first prize. In the excellent team leadership competition, Dang Tien Dat, Phung Chi Kien Primary School and Chu Kim Ngan, Duc Xuan Secondary School (Bac Kan City) won the provincial excellent team leadership award.
