This place is no longer the venue for live shows and entertainment events like before, not only because the stage has deteriorated, but also because the audience's needs have changed. The most recent music night held at Trong Dong was Cung dinh chon loi in July 2024 with the participation of singers Quoc Dai, Ha Van, Ho Van Cuong, and comedy group Gia Bao.

There was a time when Lan Anh stage changed its business model, established a pickleball court, and organized large-scale tournaments. However, according to records, the pickleball courts are currently being dismantled, ending their 28-year journey of operation.
