The Provincial Military Command directed the development of a military control plan, coordinated with patrolling, guarding, blocking and guiding forces during the event days. Accordingly, the Provincial Military Command organized 82 guiding points, coordinated to ensure traffic safety for the delegations of the two countries participating in the exchange program on the roads. Overcoming the hot weather conditions, the officers and soldiers assigned to perform this task regularly practiced guiding and guiding movements, not allowing even the smallest shortcomings to occur while performing the task.
