At the conference, leaders of the Department of Education and Training informed about the organization work.   10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year. The whole province has 32/37 high schools organizing entrance exams, corresponding to 32 examination councils, with 15,736 students registered to take the exam. The Department of Education and Training will mobilize 2,500 cadres, teachers, employees and coordinating forces to participate in the tasks at the examination councils, ensuring the correct and sufficient structure, composition and quantity according to regulations.

This is the first year that candidates take the exam according to the 2018 GeneralEducation Program with many innovations, in the context that localities are focusing on arranging and organizing the apparatus. In order for the exam to take place safely, objectively, fairly and seriously, the Department of Education and Training has made careful preparations early. Specifically, the Department has organized mock exams; established and organized comprehensive inspection teams on the conditions of facilities and equipment to arrange the Council for the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year; organized training and study of professional regulations, skills and exam procedures for staff and teachers; directed educational institutions to organize review, prepare knowledge, and create the best mindset for students to take the exam.

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Health also informed about the work of ensuring food safety (FS) in the province in the first 5 months of the year. The whole province inspected, checked and supervised 6,126 establishments; detected and administratively sanctioned 322 establishments/organizations/individuals with a total amount of more than 2.7 billion VND. Unsafe food confiscated and destroyed is estimated at 4.8 billion VND. In the coming time, the Department of Health and relevant functional forces will strengthen inspection, post-inspection, supervision, guidance and support for businesses to ensure FHS in assigned and decentralized management areas. Strictly control food sources along the chain from production, processing, trading, circulation and distribution to consumers. During the implementation process, if signs of law violations are detected, surprise inspections and checks will be conducted in accordance with regulations; Strictly handle and punish organizations and individuals who violate food safety regulations and publicize them in the media.

Regarding the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the first 5 months of the year, the authorities have detected, arrested and handled 1,084 cases; the value of infringing goods is 12 billion VND (a decrease of 12% in the number of cases, a decrease of 27% in value compared to the same period in 2024). In the coming time, it is forecasted that the situation of smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods will become more complicated. The Provincial Steering Committee 389 will closely follow the direction of the Government , the National Steering Committee 389, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, organize a correct assessment of the situation, propose tasks and solutions, fight fiercely and effectively to manage the area, control the situation; promptly detect, arrest, prosecute, investigate, strictly handle according to the provisions of law and create a deterrent effect.

Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested press agencies to continue promoting information on the province's socio-economic development goals and solutions in the second quarter; results of the arrangement of administrative units and the organization of local governments at two levels; preparations for the organization of grassroots Party Congresses; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; commemorating the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day; Peak month on food safety; efforts of functional forces in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, etc.
