Ready to start construction of nearly 4,000 billion VND tourist area to welcome the Provincial Party Congress

(Baohatinh.vn) - The Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Area project to welcome the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is ready to "press the button" to start construction.





These days, both sides of the roads leading to Dan Hai commune ( Ha Tinh province) are lined with flags and banners about the groundbreaking ceremony of the Xuan Hoi Marine Eco-Urban Area project, which will take place on September 23. The Xuan Hoi Marine Eco-Urban Area project is one of two works and projects to welcome the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

At the site of the groundbreaking ceremony, the theater has also been erected. Preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony were urgently completed by Xuan Hoi Investment Joint Stock Company - the project investor.

The Xuan Hoi marine eco-tourism project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in 2017 with an initial scale of 99 hectares and a total estimated investment of about 1,261 billion VND. The investor at that time was An Giang Dragon Ha Tinh Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company. However, for many reasons, the project was not implemented as planned.

Faced with that reality, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has made efforts to review, adjust the scale, and change investors with the expectation of clearing the project, in line with the local socio -economic development orientation.

Decision No. 23/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee approved the adjustment of the investment policy of the Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Area project, and at the same time approved the project investor with 7 adjusted contents including: investor information, investment objectives, investment scale; area, scope, land boundary; total investment capital; capital source; project implementation progress.

Accordingly, the Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Area project has a total investment capital of 3,973 billion VND with a land area of ​​92.33 hectares. The investor is Xuan Hoi Investment Joint Stock Company. The entire project will be completed within 60 months from the date of the decision approving the adjustment of the investment policy.

The project is implemented with a project scale including the main items of the operator house and auxiliary service works; a group of restaurants and mini hotels in the sea square area; a complex of 5-star hotels and resorts with a total scale of about 600 rooms.

The project also has a culinary - shopping area with a system of tourism service facilities, modern restaurants along the walking street, connecting with the entertainment area, water park and native flora and fauna conservation area; a cluster of high-class resort villas by the lake with separate ancillary services (restaurant, swimming pool, gym...); green landscape space and central regulating lake. Construction of ancillary items, technical infrastructure.

The project's objectives are real estate business (without residential land or housing as prescribed by the Housing Law); hotels; restaurants; tourism; commercial centers; sports and other entertainment areas serving all ages, gradually implementing synchronous investment in the construction of Xuan Hoi commune, now Dan Hai commune, according to the general planning, in accordance with the local socio-economic development strategy...

The project, when put into operation, will create a new look for Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Area, meeting the needs of trade - services and high-class tourism for local people, domestic and foreign tourists, contributing to the shift of the general economic structure of the province, creating more jobs for workers, increasing local and business budget revenue...

The project area is adjacent to Cua Hoi Bridge - the bridge connecting Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces across Lam River, considered a golden location for coastal tourism development.
