At around 4:00 p.m. on September 20, at Mai Dich 1 gas station (Phu Dien ward, Hanoi), a fire broke out after a car reversed and knocked over a gas pump.

At the time of the incident, the car suddenly reversed quickly and hit a gas pump. The strong impact caused the pump to fall down, crushing a gas station employee and two motorbikes waiting to refuel.

The recorded image shows the fire quickly spread, fortunately the male gas station employee who was hit by the pump was able to escape.

Immediately afterwards, staff at the store used on-site fire extinguishers to control the fire.
