Accordingly, the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control and Disaster Prevention requested the Departmentof Education and Training, People's Committees of localities and related units to direct examination councils and examination sites to review and update disaster prevention and control plans for examination clusters and sites to proactively respond to natural disasters that may occur during the preparation and organization of the Examination.
Specifically: The first priority is the plan to cope with hot weather, ensure drinking water, and backup generators. The second priority is the plan to cope with heavy rain, storms, tropical depressions, and implement solutions to prevent landslides and flooding at exam sites and traffic routes, and underground overflows across rivers and streams in the area.
The Steering Committee for PCTT-TKCN and PTDS requests the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command (border localities, island routes) and the Provincial Police to direct units stationed in the area to prepare forces and means to support the travel of students participating in the exam when there is a situation (pay attention to remote areas, areas that are easily isolated when there is a natural disaster).
Units regularly monitor weather reports these days to have appropriate plans.
