Arrangement of office space after merger: Ensure rationality, efficiency, avoid waste
Along with directing departments and branches to quickly stabilize the organization, continue working, be creative, and ensure socio-economic development goals, the Provincial People's Committee held meetings to discuss and agree on a plan to arrange working headquarters for units after the arrangement, ensuring rationality and efficiency; at the same time, handling surplus and vacant real estate facilities to avoid waste.
Many suggestions and recommendations
According to Deputy Director of the Department of Finance Pham Van Thanh, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, after reviewing the real estate facilities and collecting and synthesizing opinions of departments and branches after the merger, the Department of Finance has developed a plan to arrange working headquarters for many units and built and proposed a plan to handle the remaining real estate facilities in Quy Nhon City, reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and direction.

Accordingly, it is proposed that the Provincial People's Committee maintain its headquarters at 181 Le Hong Phong Street, and arrange for the Department of Culture and Sports (old) to be located adjacent to it, in order to meet the working needs of the Department of Finance. Along with that, it is proposed that the Provincial People's Committee allow the Provincial Development Investment Fund to rent the headquarters of the Provincial Socio-Economic Development Research Center (old) for work, and at the same time hand over to the Department of Finance the area and existing architectural works located within the premises of the Department of Finance.
The Department of Finance also proposed to arrange two adjacent facilities, the old Department of Planning and Investment headquarters and the Land Fund Development Center, for the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism as working offices; proposed to arrange a working location for the Department of Health at 185 Phan Boi Chau (old Department of Tourism headquarters). Regarding the working office of the Project Management Board of Traffic and Civil Works, it is proposed to continue using the office at 751 Tran Hung Dao Street (old headquarters of the Provincial Traffic Works Management Board) and arrange an additional office of the Provincial Land Registration Office opposite the Management Board. The Department of Construction continues to use the office at 32 Ly Thuong Kiet Street and arrange an additional office at the old Department of Transport at 8 Le Thanh Ton Street for working...
In addition, the Department of Finance proposed that the Provincial People's Committee reclaim and assign the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to manage and auction the surplus offices, including: the Department of Health headquarters at 756 Tran Hung Dao Street; the old headquarters of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board at 65 Tay Son Street; the headquarters of two public service units under the Department of Science and Technology on Tran Hung Dao and Phan Boi Chau Streets; the headquarters of the Religious Affairs Committee (old) at 422 Tran Hung Dao Street. As for the headquarters of the Provincial Socio-Economic Development Research Center (old) at 368 Tran Hung Dao Street, the Department of Finance proposed to reclaim, assign the Department of Construction to manage and lease it to the Provincial Development Investment Fund for use as an office.
Headquarter layout ensures reasonable and effective
At the meeting on the arrangement and layout of the headquarters of agencies and units in the province organized by the Provincial People's Committee recently, after listening to the opinions of relevant agencies, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan agreed on the plan to arrange the headquarters of the Department of Finance at 181 - 183 Le Hong Phong Street; Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism at 35 - 45 Le Loi Street; Department of Home Affairs at 180 Tang Bat Ho Street.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also agreed on the plan for the Department of Health to continue using the office at 756 Tran Hung Dao Street; the office of the Department of Agriculture and Environment at 77 Le Hong Phong Street and 08 Hai Ba Trung Street (moving the Provincial Land Registration Office to work at 08 Hai Ba Trung Street). The office of the Department of Science and Technology is at 38 Truong Chinh Street and 208 Dien Hong Street; the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions is at 20 Ngo Thoi Nhiem Street; the Provincial Traffic and Civil Works Project Management Board is at 705 and 518 - 520 Tran Hung Dao Street; the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is at 210 Dien Hong Street.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan agreed in principle to allow the Binh Dinh Provincial Development Investment Fund to temporarily use the old headquarters of the Provincial Socio-Economic Development Research Center at 368 Tran Hung Dao Street for work while waiting for the handling of this headquarters in the form of leasing in accordance with regulations. At the same time, the Department of Finance was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Development Investment Fund to urgently carry out the temporary handover and acceptance of the working headquarters at 368 Tran Hung Dao Street, ensuring compliance with regulations; coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise and propose the Provincial People's Committee to reclaim the above headquarters to hand over to the Department of Construction for management and leasing.
For houses and land facilities that are public assets of agencies, organizations and units under the management of the province that are still surplus, unused and have not been decided on by competent authorities, the Department of Finance will study and guide units to continue to manage and protect them, propose solutions to avoid wasting public assets.
