In keeping with the momentous occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country, Mr. Vietnam Pham Tuan Ngoc has just launched his heartfelt music project " The Spirit of Vietnam ."
More than just a work of art, Tuan Ngoc said the music video is also a profound tribute to the older generation who fell for national peace , and a powerful declaration of the self-reliance and dedication of today's young Vietnamese generation.
Most notably, for this project, Tuan Ngoc handled almost everything himself, from the concept, music arrangement, recording, video editing to the completion of the music video. Tuan Ngoc revealed that he taught himself to play a series of traditional Vietnamese musical instruments such as the zither, flute, piccolo, gong, and drums without formal schooling, driven solely by his intense love for Vietnamese culture.
"There were nights when I would sit and listen to the drum beats and flute melodies over and over again, and write them down myself." "I compose and record the music myself. I'm still diligently adjusting the sound and editing the footage at 3 AM. Every time I master a new technique, I feel happy. It's challenging, but worthwhile," the Mr. Vietnam shared.

“ The Spirit of Vietnam ” is an emotional orchestral piece, combining the rustic tones of traditional Vietnamese instruments with the spirited and generous spirit of the Vietnamese people. Tuan Ngoc spent over a month perfecting the project, with the music alone taking two weeks for song selection, arrangement, recording, and orchestration. Tuan Ngoc believes that each instrument must be respected and given its own space to flourish within the overall arrangement without overpowering the others.
Beyond just music, Tuan Ngoc personally selects the setting, lighting, and production of the music video, hoping to breathe new life into the classic song, blending tradition with a contemporary feel.
"I believe that by personally crafting each detail, we not only create the most polished product possible, but also learn perseverance, creativity, and the spirit of not giving up in the face of difficulties—qualities that our ancestors instilled in us," Tuan Ngoc expressed.
It's clear that Tuan Ngoc's journey with " The Spirit of Vietnam " is a beautiful story about self-reliance, dedication, and national pride. At a time when the whole country is looking forward to a major national holiday, this action becomes even more meaningful.

Prior to " Vietnamese Spirit ," Mr. World Tuan Ngoc had already impressed with his music project "A Tour of Vietnam," released in 2024, before entering Mr. World 2024. In it, Tuan Ngoc himself performed the flute and zither instrumental parts. The music video features stunning footage of the country's scenic landmarks such as Lung Cu Flagpole, The Huc Bridge, Ha Long Bay, Hue Imperial City, Dragon Bridge, etc., along with images of Vietnamese people and culture, evoking love and national pride.
" I hope that the artistic products I create will not only be entertaining but also have educational value and the ability to inspire, thereby contributing to spreading Vietnamese culture to a wide audience, especially young people," Tuan Ngoc expressed.
Feeling proud and, moreover, deeply grateful to the generations who sacrificed for national peace... these were the emotions of the beauty queens and artists as they joined the parade and march.
Joining in the joyful atmosphere of the series of activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country, Mr. Vietnam Tuan Ngoc expressed his happiness and pride in being one of the artists participating in the national parade.
