After 1 month of shortening the time to handle administrative procedures, Hai Duong has 180 newly established enterprises.

Civil servants of Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment receive and process administrative procedures for organizations and individuals in the electronic environment.

After 1 month of implementing the reduction of administrative procedure processing time in the field of business registration (from January 15 to February 15), the Department of Planning and Investment has issued registration certificates to 180 new businesses (equivalent to the same period last year, although this period coincided with the Lunar New Year holiday), with a registered capital of VND 1,457 billion.

Previously, in order to minimize the time and costs of businesses and people when handling administrative procedures related to business establishment registration, the Department of Planning and Investment shortened the time to handle this procedure from 3 working days as prescribed to 2 days from the date of receiving complete and valid documents.

At the same time, the whole province had 61 dissolved enterprises, 700 enterprises stopped operating and 190 enterprises resumed operations.

In 2025, Hai Duong aims to increase the number of newly established enterprises by 10% compared to 2024 (2,200 enterprises).
