Traffic Police Department officers visit and encourage a child undergoing treatment.

Previously, at around 1:50 p.m. the same day, at Km 860+200 National Highway 1A in Phu Loc district, the working group led by Lieutenant Colonel Vu Ngoc Hieu was performing patrol and control duties to ensure traffic order and safety according to plan.

While on duty, Mr. Cai Quoc Viet (born in 1990, residing in Hoa Mau village, Loc Tri commune, Phu Loc district) and his wife were driving a motorbike carrying their daughter when they suddenly stopped at the working group's location in a state of panic. Mr. Viet's wife trembled and burst into tears, saying that the child had a high fever, was having convulsions, and was showing signs of being life-threatening.

Upon discovering the emergency, the task force quickly conducted a preliminary check of the situation and immediately used a specialized patrol vehicle to take the child and his family to Phu Loc District Medical Center for emergency treatment. During the move, the task force notified the center in advance to prepare to receive the patient; at the same time, they supported traffic safety throughout the journey.
