Imbued with his thoughts on the great role of culture in the revolutionary cause, in the 2020 - 2025 term, under the leadership of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry, headed by the Secretary and Minister, the entire Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has united, overcome many difficulties and challenges, strived, acted resolutely with the desire to contribute, to successfully carry out the assigned political goals and tasks.

Under the leadership of the Party and the close guidance of the Government, with the motto "Culture is the foundation, information is the conduit, sports is the strength, tourism is the connecting bridge", the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has achieved many outstanding results:

Advised the Party and the State to issue many important resolutions and conclusions on the fields of state management of the Ministry. In particular, for the first time in 75 years, the National Cultural Conference was held to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress, thereby marking a strong spread of awareness about the role of culture in sustainable development.

The work of perfecting institutions and policies is identified as one of the key tasks with strategic breakthroughs. The Party Committee of the Ministry has led, proactively reviewed, proposed amendments and supplements to the system of legal documents, amended and perfected many important laws, created a favorable legal corridor, unlocked resources, promoted innovation, and met the requirements of integration and development in the new era.

It has contributed to building a healthy cultural environment, associated with the development of the national value system, family and standards of Vietnamese people in the new era.

National cultural heritage is preserved and promoted, contributing to enhancing national soft power, developing cultural industry, connecting with tourism. Tourism has strongly recovered after the COVID-19 pandemic, assessed by the Prime Minister as "a bright spot in the country's socio-economic picture". Sports have achieved many outstanding achievements.

Party building work has many positive changes; the organizational apparatus has been streamlined, effective and efficient; each cadre and party member has promoted the responsibility of setting an example, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
