The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to work specifically with project investors to have a written commitment and have assets to ensure full implementation of financial obligations arising and paid to the State budget after re-approval of specific land prices; accompanied by a commitment to voluntarily comply, not to file lawsuits or complaints when State agencies handle secured assets in case of failure or delay in performing financial obligations for the difference (if any) according to the notice of the tax authority when the specific land price of the project is re-approved.
