Shin-chan is back, officially joining the summer "Super Mischievous Little Sprouts" race with his new pet, the "Giant Dinosaur". This is the 31st animated film in theaters of the popular Japanese Crayon Shin-chan series.
Shin - Crayon Shin-chan: Our Dinosaur Diary is directed by Shinobu Sasaki, based on a script by Moral, who has worked on the Shin - Crayon Shin-chan television anime series since 2020.

The story begins on Dino Island, a large amusement park in Tokyo, home to dinosaurs resurrected in modern times. While Shin and his friends enjoy their visit to the park, Shin encounters a small dinosaur named Nana on the banks of the Kasukabe River. Nana quickly becomes a good friend of the Nohara family. They spend their summer vacation together, creating many precious memories. However, Nana has a big secret... Things get even more complicated when dinosaurs escape from Dino Island, the Nohara family's house is trampled by dinosaurs, and the entire city of Kasukabe and Tokyo are thrown into panic...
