100 days of SkyM accelerating in Ha Long real estate market
Taking place exactly on the 100-day milestone since SkyM was officially introduced to the market, the event "Signature Journey - Brilliant Journey" welcomed more than 500 guests, including investors from Hanoi , Quang Ninh and many northern provinces, along with senior leaders of 35 strategic distribution units and operating and travel partners.
Here, BIM Land representatives and guests looked back at SkyM's breakthrough journey through impressive images and numbers, and welcomed the final pieces - the limited-edition shop collection officially introduced.
Introduced in the middle of the second quarter of 2025, SkyM quickly became the focus of Northern resort real estate. After only 100 days with a series of large-scale events in Hanoi and Quang Ninh attracting the attention of investors, the project has reached nearly 90% absorption rate, equivalent to nearly 1,800 successful apartment transactions. Each building S1, S2, S3 was "sold out" just a few weeks after introduction, creating a strong wave, bringing Ha Long back to the race with vibrant markets such as Nha Trang, Da Nang .
Delighted with this achievement, the representative of the investor BIM Land shared: “The strong reception for SkyM is a clear demonstration of the attraction of the Ha Long real estate market, with the appearance of projects with rare locations and views, meeting the needs and current investment trends”.
Attraction from impressive core values
SkyM is a hotel-style apartment complex developed by BIM Land in the center of Halong Marina Urban Area, adjacent to Lotte Mart Halong Shopping Center with a scale of nearly 2,000 luxury apartments. The project was introduced at a time when the supply of new apartments in Ha Long and coastal apartments across the country is scarce.
An investor commented that, compared to products of the same price range in neighboring provinces, SkyM possesses different values, consolidating the potential for effective exploitation and operation. “For me, the first plus point is the synchronous utility system and modern green landscape core; the value of the apartment is further enhanced when it owns a location facing the musical water lake and the festival peninsula with the largest scale in Quang Ninh ”.
Meanwhile, operators and travel agencies said they have begun to receive many cooperation proposals from SkyM owners. Ms. Ha Thu Huong, Director of ALC Homes Real Estate Trading and Management Joint Stock Company, commented: “The Ha Long tourism market is developing strongly and sustainably, especially the demand for high-end serviced apartments from international guests staying for a long time. SkyM's model is completely suitable to exploit this potential.”
The final pieces are sought after
Right after the sublime performance of singer Quoc Thien, the event atmosphere became exciting as hundreds of investors took the opportunity to own the almost final products of SkyM.
Also within the framework of the event, BIM Land introduced for the first time a series of limited-edition shops - "rare goods" sought after thanks to the strong exploitation potential from the stream of guests staying at SkyM and the existing community of residents of Halong Marina. The shops have 1-2 wide facades, full-glass, flexible space to exploit a variety of business models, combined with open sidewalks and green landscapes, forming a vibrant commercial street associated with the resort experience by the bay.
Notably, the 13.5-hectare musical water lake - expected to be operational on the occasion of National Day, September 2 - will become the new landscape focal point of Halong Marina and Ha Long, contributing significantly to increasing the attraction of the entire area.
A representative of a distribution unit shared: “Immediately after this event, we believe the number of transactions will quickly set new milestones, when the last apartments in the complex find their owners.”
