Factors helping Da Nang real estate market recover strongly

DNVN - According to the Da Nang Statistics Office, the city's real estate market in the third quarter of 2025 recorded a strong recovery thanks to supportive credit policies, accelerated key infrastructure and abundant supply of new projects.

Construction activities are taking place in full swing.

According to the Da Nang Statistical Office, in the first 9 months of 2025, construction activities in the city were vibrant, synchronous and highly widespread. A series of key infrastructure projects on transportation, seaports, urban embellishment, urban areas, commercial centers, social housing and educational facilities were started and accelerated.

These projects contribute to the completion of technical infrastructure, promoting economic , tourism and service development and demonstrating Da Nang's determination to maintain its role as the driving force of the Central - Central Highlands region.

In the third quarter of 2025, the construction production value at current prices is estimated to reach more than VND 16,600 billion, up 7% over the previous quarter and a sharp increase of 28.3% over the same period in 2024. The main growth driver comes from the non-state enterprise sector, reaching nearly VND 12,400 billion, up 8.3% over the previous quarter and up 36% over the same period, showing that this sector continues to play a pivotal role in the construction industry.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the total value of construction production reached more than VND 43,600 billion, up 28.4% over the same period. Of which, the non-state enterprise sector accounted for the largest proportion (more than VND 33,000 billion, up 36.3%), followed by state-owned enterprises (nearly VND 2,100 billion, up 23.5%), FDI enterprises (nearly VND 650 billion, up 3.3%) and other types (VND 7,833.5 billion, up 6.0%).

By type of construction, the group of housing constructions of all kinds accounts for the highest proportion at 60%, equivalent to nearly 26,200 billion VND, an increase of more than 33%; civil engineering works nearly 12,000 billion VND, an increase of nearly 40%; specialized construction activities nearly 5,800 billion VND, an increase of more than 6% over the same period.

“These figures show that the city's construction sector maintains high growth momentum, spreads widely, makes important contributions to urban infrastructure development and promotes socio-economic growth,” commented the Da Nang Statistical Office.

The role of a dynamic real estate center

Notably, the Da Nang Statistics Office also said that real estate service revenue in the city in September 2025 increased by nearly 82% compared to the same period in 2024; in the third quarter of 2025, the real estate business service group made a strong breakthrough, increasing by nearly 95% and accounting for the largest proportion in the structure of other consumer services.

Accumulated in the first 9 months of 2025, revenue from other consumer services reached more than 41,000 billion VND, an increase of 45.2% over the same period in 2024. In which, the strongest increase was in real estate business services reaching nearly 15,300 billion VND (+104.7%); followed by education and training services group of nearly 5,200 billion VND (+41.1%); arts and entertainment services of more than 6,700 billion VND (+24.2%); medical services and social assistance activities of nearly 3,700 billion VND (+21.3%)...

According to the Da Nang Statistics Office, the city's real estate market in the third quarter of 2025 recorded a strong recovery thanks to supportive credit policies, accelerated key infrastructure and abundant supply of new projects. The condotel and resort villa segments are bustling following the tourism recovery, while land plots, townhouses and luxury apartments maintain their appeal thanks to transparent legal status and favorable locations.

In general, in the first 9 months, real estate activities maintained a high growth momentum, with the bright spot being the area bordering Da Nang - Quang Nam (old) thanks to the advantages of infrastructure and inter-regional connectivity. Overall, the market is supported by three main pillars: completed infrastructure, positive suburban planning policies and the return of investment capital. Thereby affirming Da Nang's role as a dynamic real estate center in the Central region.
