In addition to promoting the rights and obligations of consumers, the leaflet also disseminates the legal provisions on the responsibilities of organizations and individuals producing and trading goods and services; recommendations for consumers when purchasing goods and using services; and hotline numbers for consumers to report as well as seek advice and support when their rights are violated.

Previously, on March 11, the Department of Industry and Trade presided over and coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize propaganda to improve legal knowledge on consumer rights protection, while combining propaganda in response to the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" for students of Nguyen Van Cu High School ( Hai Duong City). The propaganda session focused on disseminating knowledge about safe shopping in cyberspace, food safety in schools... to students.
