Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training requested the Principal of Vo Thi Hong High School to urgently verify and clarify the contents reported by the newspaper. If the contents reflected are correct, then based on current regulations, they will be handled in accordance with the procedures and regulations according to authority. For contents beyond the authority, it is proposed that the Department of Education and Training handle them. The time to send the report to the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau is no later than 9:00 a.m. on July 10, 2023.

Verifying clip of teacher cursing student 'buffalo head, dog head, not human head'

As Thanh Nien reported, in recent days, a clip appeared on social networks recording images of a classroom. The teacher was sitting at the teacher's desk giving a lecture when he suddenly slammed his hand on the table, pointed at the class and said: "... bad student... wrote a 150-word paragraph, couldn't do it on the test, now I give instructions but he doesn't listen. He has a buffalo head, a dog head or something, not a human head. Teaching a class, doesn't want to go to class, to put it bluntly...".

According to Thanh Nien reporter's investigation, the incident occurred at Vo Thi Hong High School. During the literature review class on November 24, 2022 of class 10X5, because many students were not serious, the male teacher got angry, could not control himself and said the above words.

On July 9, Mr. Phan Van Lil, Principal of Vo Thi Hong School, confirmed the incident happened at this school. "Currently, we are establishing a verification team and are in the working phase. Step by step, we are also studying the documents, and as far as we go, we will base on the regulations."
