Closely following the 2025 working theme "Youth of the Provincial People's Committee are proud and firmly believe in the Party", In the first 6 months of the year , the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union has been proactive, flexible, and creative in overcoming difficulties, organizing and implementing the 2025 work program, achieving clear and focused results. Typically, it has promptly advised on the process of establishing the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee, appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee; issued and deployed the system of documents after establishment in accordance with regulations; regularly consolidated, arranged, improved, received, and established new Youth Union bases in a synchronous and effective manner.
The entire Union has successfully organized, with highlights, activities, works, and tasks of Youth Month, the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030. Notably, the entire Union has mobilized over 500 million VND to organize volunteer activities to ensure social security such as: Repairing and building new playgrounds, gyms, and sports fields for children and people; giving gifts to poor households and students in difficult circumstances; providing free medical examination and treatment, and medicine; planting 3,400 new trees; organizing voluntary blood donation, collecting 1,299 units of blood; hosting the conference to deploy the "Digital Education for All" movement at the provincial level; supporting the implementation of 3,517 administrative procedure files. The entire Union has recruited 1,038 new members; introduced 150 outstanding members for the Party to consider admission; including 32 comrades were admitted to the Party ranks (9 students, 20 university students).
At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee's Youth Union announced the Decisions on receiving the Youth Union organizations and members of the Quang Ninh Customs Department Youth Union; the Provincial Tax Department Youth Union; the B12 Petroleum Company Youth Union; the Quang Ninh Telecommunications Youth Union; the Quang Ninh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company Youth Union; the Provincial Post Office Youth Union; the Ha Long Bay Management Board Youth Union; the Vietnam - Sweden Hospital Youth Union. At the same time, the Decisions on establishing affiliated Youth Union units for the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Customs Sub-Department of Region VIII and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Provincial Taxation were announced; the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee's Youth Union on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary for newly established units were announced.
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee and 1 individual with outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW "On studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period of 2016-2025" were awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee. The Youth Union of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee for implementing Project 1516 on "Promoting the role of youth in propaganda, mobilization, and guidance on online public services, levels 3 and 4 for people in residential areas in the province, period 2019-2025".
