In the administrative procedure reform (AP), the results of receiving and processing records on the Dak Lak Provincial AP Information System recorded that from August 15, 2025 to September 14, 2025, the number of records received on the portal was 115,718 records, of which 108,377 records were processed on time, accounting for the on-time rate of 96.58%. Of which, records received and processed at the one-stop department accounted for 22.1% and received online accounted for 78.1%.

Regarding the settlement of administrative procedures of the Department of Science and Technology on the Provincial Public Service Portal, from August 15 to September 14, 2025, 45 records were received (16 records from the previous period, 29 new records); 27 records were resolved, 100% on time, no late records. 100% of records were paid online. 18 records are in the processing period.

Regarding electronic document management, 100% of digital signatures are sent/received via the interconnection axis. During the month, 307,913 documents were generated on the management system and the provincial document interconnection axis.

In propaganda work, the Department of Science and Technology regularly updates news and articles on administrative reform on the website, the Science and Technology section and social media channels; Diversifying propaganda forms, raising awareness and responsibility of officials, civil servants and people about administrative reform.
