Initial results
Right from the first days of launching, communication work on the "Digital Education for All" movement has been deployed synchronously and strongly. Units such as Dak Lak Newspaper, Radio and Television; Departments, branches, sectors; Commune/Ward People's Committees have propagated the purpose, meaning, requirements and content of the Movement on mass media, grassroots information systems, electronic information portals/pages, social networking platforms... with diverse forms of propaganda, from conferences, training, hanging banners, posters, leaflets, to news and reports ensuring practicality, effectiveness, and suitability for each target group. Thereby, the "Digital Education for All" movement has gradually become a story mentioned in every family, neighborhood, and village.
After just over 50 days, 100% of communes and wards in the province have established a Steering Committee on science , technology, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06; 100% of villages, hamlets and residential groups have established a community digital technology team with 18,328 members, creating a core force to support people in accessing digital technology. The images of union officials, farmer members, youth, telecommunications staff... enthusiastically guiding people to use VNeID, install the "Dak Lak So" application or register for digital signatures have become vivid proof of the movement's spread.
According to the report, up to now, 98% of cadres, civil servants and public employees have been trained in digital skills; 12,800 people have registered to study online on the MOOCs platform, reaching 62%; 58% of adults have access to and guidance to improve digital capacity, and have confirmed the universalization of digital skills via VneID; 100% of civil servants use digital platforms in handling administrative procedures; The installation rate of the Dak Lak Digital application has reached 32%; 130,231 people have registered for digital signatures via VneID; The "Digital Education for All" Week has attracted 534,881 people to participate in instruction on 5 basic digital skills...
Difficulties and directions in the coming time
In the process of implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement, in addition to the achieved results, there are still some difficulties and limitations. The participation rate of students and adults is not high; Network infrastructure in some remote areas is still weak, affecting the ability to access information and digital services; Awareness and skills in using smart devices of a part of the people, especially ethnic minorities, are still low, leading to uneven application of digital technology in life...

To overcome this, in the coming time, the Departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards will continue to promote extensive propaganda in various forms according to the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding every person". Promote the organization of "Digital Education for All" Week in 100% of communes and wards; at the same time, expand digital skills training for cadres, civil servants, public employees, students and people...
The Department of Science and Technology, as a standing agency, will continue to accompany and support units to complete all 10 targets and tasks set out, while strengthening supervision and promptly providing solutions to remove difficulties for localities, agencies and units. At the same time, the Department is organizing a Quiz Contest to learn about Digital Transformation in Dak Lak province in 2025, contributing to raising awareness and spreading the spirit of digital transformation in the community. In particular, the Department of Science and Technology will host the National Digital Transformation Festival of the province on October 10, and at the same time prepare for the summary of the launch, in order to comprehensively evaluate the implementation results and draw lessons for the next phase.
The "Digital Literacy for All" movement in Dak Lak not only helps people access digital knowledge but also contributes to building digital government, digital economy, digital society, gradually realizing the goal of comprehensive digital transformation in the province.
