Spectrum Hung Yen project is an important step forward, demonstrating the Group's strategic vision in bringing international industrial factory standards closer to investors in Vietnam.

Designed with a sustainable development orientation, focusing on functionality and flexible adaptability, Spectrum Hung Yen owns a strategic location with convenient traffic connections to key highways, helping to optimize the supply chain and regional goods distribution system.

High-level delegation attended the event.

In phase 1, the project will provide ready-built factories with a total construction area of up to 52,000 m² on a land area of 74,225 m². Legal work and site preparation have been implemented since June 2024 and are expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2026. The project has a total committed investment capital of 60 million USD, of which 34 million USD is for the first phase - a positive sign attracting FDI capital flows to Hung Yen province.

Mr. Ben Ding Khoon Yew, General Director of Soilbuild International Vietnam, shared: “After the success of the Spectrum Nghe An project, we are excited to continue the new chapter in Hung Yen - where all the factors converge: strong leadership vision, complete infrastructure and favorable investment environment.”

He also emphasized the Group's long-term confidence in the Vietnamese market, reinforced by positive results from previous projects and growing demand from the international investor community.

Spectrum Hung Yen project is located at lot CN8.1-6, Clean Industrial Park, Hung Yen province, only 36 km from the center of Hanoi . Thanks to recent traffic infrastructure upgrade projects, travel time has been shortened to less than an hour, increasing connectivity advantages and access to human resources.

Mr. Jaya Ratnam, Singaporean Ambassador to Vietnam, spoke at the event.

Thanks to the convergence of environmental factors, infrastructure and key logistics location, the project quickly attracted attention from key industries such as electronics, textiles, and auto components, which contributed over 2 billion USD of FDI to Hung Yen province in the past year alone.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Singaporean Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Jaya Ratnam, affirmed: “The Spectrum Hung Yen project is a vivid demonstration of the increasingly close economic cooperation between Singapore and Vietnam. It reflects the strong belief of Singaporean investors in Vietnam’s long-term development potential.”

Recently, Soilbuild was honored at the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum (VIPF) 2024 with the Outstanding Green Strategy Award, continuing to affirm the Group's sustainable development orientation and long-term vision.

Soilbuild Group is one of Singapore's leading integrated property groups, with a diverse development portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

With nearly 5 decades of operation, Soilbuild has successfully developed many large-scale projects from luxury apartments, townhouses to architectural works with historical preservation value.
