On the morning of March 20, comrade Nguyen Thi Viet Nga, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province attended the citizen reception with the comrades Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district.
Five citizens of Ninh Giang district expressed their opinions. One citizen in Vinh Hoa commune reported that the Vinh Hoa commune People's Committee has not yet resolved the case of Mr. Ha Van Phan's household in Ngoc Hoa village, Vinh Hoa commune, building a tomb on public land.
At the meeting, the leader of Vinh Hoa Commune People's Committee said that the violation of building a grave on public land by Mr. Ha Van Phan had existed for a long time, but the commune had mobilized and propagated, and Mr. Phan had not yet moved. For spiritual reasons, Vinh Hoa Commune is still actively mobilizing the family to move the grave to the cemetery.
Regarding the above content, Chairman of Ninh Giang District People's Committee Phan Nhat Thanh requested Vinh Hoa Commune People's Committee to strengthen propaganda and mobilization for Mr. Phan's family; clarify whether Mr. Phan's family has a plan to move or not, when to move to have a handling plan, not to let the violation continue.
National Assembly deputies attending citizen receptions in localities is an initiative of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province, term XV, 2021 - 2026. This is to promptly and fully receive citizens' opinions and recommendations right from the grassroots level.
