Sting x VBSF Pool 9-Ball Championship 2025 expected to gather 1,000 players

With the support of Sting - an energy drink brand associated with breakthrough energy, an unprecedented large-scale 9-ball pool tournament is about to land in Hanoi and Hai Phong.

On the morning of May 9, the “Sting x VBSF Pool 9-Ball Championship 2025” tournament was officially announced to kick off, marking a new milestone for the amateur billiards community. This is considered the largest tournament ever in the Northern region, expected to gather nearly 1,000 athletes from 24 major clubs in Hanoi and Hai Phong.

The exclusive partner of the tournament is the energy drink brand Sting. Not only fueling the players with abundant energy, helping to maintain alertness and decisive strokes, Sting also brings the spirit of daring to challenge, with the athletes "Turn on the energy - Breakthrough the strokes". The combination of Sting and VBSF promises to create a professional but also exciting playground for undiscovered billiards talents.

Sting x VBSF Pool 9-Ball Championship 2025 is a large-scale playground for billiards in the North.

The tournament is not only a place to “burn” out your passion for 9-ball Pool, but also an opportunity for players to prove themselves. The qualifying round of the tournament will take place at 24 clubs in Hanoi (18 clubs) and Hai Phong (6 clubs) every Sunday, from May 13 to July 27. Each club will select 2 excellent representatives (a total of 48 players) to enter the dramatic final round in Hanoi from August 1 to August 3.

The highlight that cannot be missed is the total prize value of up to 350 million VND. The champion of the final round will "take home" 50 million VND in cash and the prestigious gold cup. More specifically, the top 8 excellent players will receive "golden tickets" to participate in the intensive training course "Sting The Champion" from "coach of champions" Nguyen Thanh Nam and emerging idol Bui Truong An (An "Nhiet").

The top 8 players of the final round will participate in a professional training course coached by coach Nguyen Thanh Nam and player Bui Truong An.
