Is height growth milk really necessary for children?

Actors and commercial MCs have firmly stated that their children and those they know who use this milk have increased their height by 3-5cm after 3 months? That's not true.

Because of this, in the previous advertising MC's video clip, he was proud and "honored" to achieve a record of closing billions of dong in orders for a livestream session!

There is no such thing as "short parents, tall children regardless" if only milk increases height

From a scientific perspective, this is absurd. During the growing age of children (from 3 to 15 years old), the average height growth rate is only about 1-1.5cm every 3 months, so the number 3-5cm after 3 months "in humans" is a very absurd number.

You can refer to the scientific data of the World Health Organization (WHO) in the reference section at the end of the article. In addition, the way advertisers "take credit" for the effect of "height-increasing milk" on children's height is a blatant deception of customers.

You should know that current scientific evidence shows that a child's height depends on many factors. The most important factor is genetics, which affects about 60-80%.

Then comes the nutritional factor of about 20-30%;

Sports about 5-10%;

Sleep 5% and also living environment (pollution, disease sources, stress). Therefore, advertising as an actor said "no matter how short the parents are, the tall children don't care" is very "fake".

Cow's milk (regular) has long been known as a rich source of nutrients with elements such as calcium, protein, vitamin D, and some biological factors such as IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) that play an important role in bone development.

Drink regular milk, supplement calcium from food...

Many scientific studies have confirmed that if children drink about 1 glass (about 250ml) of cow's milk (normally) every day, their height can improve, with an average height of about 1-2cm higher than the group that does not drink milk or drinks very little.

Up to now, there has been no scientifically proven height growth milk that has a clear, significant and superior effect compared to normal milk.

Therefore, from a scientific perspective, you should not be sad or blame yourself if you do not have enough money to buy your children expensive milk like HiUp with the fancy name "height growth milk", which is "exaggerated" by celebrities!

Back to the question: How to provide optimal nutrition for children during their growth period? Actually, this is not too difficult. Everything is within your reach, even if your economic conditions are not very good.

Scientific studies show that in the process of height development, in addition to adequate nutrition, calcium and vitamin D play a very important role. Fortunately, these nutrients are not luxurious or difficult to find - they are present in our daily lives.

A glass of milk (250ml) per day can provide about 300mg of calcium and 100 IU of vitamin D (IU - international unit of measuring the biological activity of vitamin D), equivalent to about 25-30% of the calcium requirement and 15-17% of the daily vitamin D requirement of growing children.

What sources of calcium should children get to meet the recommended needs?

However, to fully meet the recommended intake (1,000-1,300mg calcium and 600 IU vitamin D per day), children need to supplement from food sources such as yogurt, cheese, tofu, green vegetables, small fish with bones and eggs.

In addition, if children are allowed to exercise outdoors in the sun for about 30 minutes a day, their bodies can easily synthesize an additional 400-600 IU of vitamin D - enough to meet daily needs.

And don't forget: physical activity, regular exercise and adequate sleep are also essential factors to help children develop optimal height without having to rely on expensive functional milk products.

Unless your child has a specific medical condition (e.g. deficiency of certain metabolic enzymes) and requires special nutritional adjustments under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

Every parent wants their child to be tall. This is a reality and also a psychological weakness that "height growth milk" traders take advantage of to compete for records in closing orders. Please be careful when receiving information!
