According to Sparrowsnews , the latest AnTuTu benchmark for the Dimensity 9300 has been revealed, providing an impressive picture of its performance. Specifically, the AnTuTu score for the Dimensity 9300 totaled 2,055,084 points, broken down into sub-scores of 485,064 (CPU), 899,463 (GPU), 357,691 (RAM), and 312,866 (UX).
The MediaTek 9300 will be a formidable competitor to the Snapdragon 8 Gen3.
To achieve these impressive numbers, MediaTek equipped the Dimensity 9300 with a range of top-tier features, most notably its internal CPU architecture. This architecture includes four ultra-powerful Cortex-X4 cores and four powerful Cortex-A720 cores, while omitting traditional low-performance cores. This deviation from the norm aligns with the previously rumored "all-core powerful" architecture. As a result, the Dimensity 9300's CPU power is outstanding.
The Dimensity 9300 also shines in the GPU department with the Immortalis-G720, advertised as one of the most powerful GPUs in the world .
The AnTuTu benchmark results for the Dimensity were obtained using a test sample with 16GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage, and running Android 14. With this impressive hardware, the Dimensity 9300 has set a new performance benchmark in the Android segment. Therefore, upcoming flagship smartphones with the Dimensity 9300 chip promise to enhance speed and responsiveness. This also poses a significant challenge to smartphones using the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chips that Qualcomm is about to introduce.
