On the training grounds of the 8th Battalion, 3rd Regiment, 324th Division, during these March days, we were captivated by the vibrant competitive spirit of the unit's officers and members. On the infantry combat training ground, the colorful banners, flags, and slogans further enlivened the atmosphere. Seeing the beads of sweat rolling down the faces of the young soldiers, we witnessed the effort and determination of the unit's officers and soldiers to achieve high results.

Colonel Phan Van Dung, Head of Political Affairs of the 324th Division, stated: “In response to the 2026 Youth Month, the Division has determined to maximize the pioneering role of the unit's youth in improving training quality, combat readiness, and building a greener, cleaner, and more beautiful unit. Based on the leadership and guidance of the Division's Party Committee and command, the political agency and the Youth Union at all levels have organized the development of action programs to implement specific and clear tasks, effectively disseminating information on tasks and building determination; each officer and soldier registers targets to strive for and achieve.”

Along the border line of Military Region 4, from Thanh Hoa province to Hue city, these days, villages are bustling with activities of the "March Border Month" organized by officers, soldiers, and young intellectuals volunteering from the Economic -Defense Brigades and Border Guard Posts in coordination with units and forces in the area. Besides environmental sanitation activities and visiting and giving gifts to poor households, officers, soldiers, and young intellectuals volunteering from the Economic-Defense Brigades also organize training courses on transferring scientific and technical knowledge on raising commercial hybrid cattle and free-range chickens for the people...

Joining the vibrant atmosphere of March among the Youth Union organizations throughout the Armed Forces of Military Region 4, we witnessed meaningful projects and activities everywhere. Besides actively participating in training competitions and maintaining strict discipline, officers and Youth Union members from various agencies and units have carried out many meaningful activities, such as coordinating with local Youth Union organizations to conduct environmental cleanup activities; repairing and cleaning public facilities; and donating blood.

Officers and members of Regiment 19, Division 968, actively participate in social welfare activities.

To make "Youth Month" truly engaging for officers and soldiers, units throughout Military Region 4 have launched emulation campaigns with many practical and effective movements and models, such as the "Excellent Training, Strict Discipline Youth Union Branch" model; "Model Youth Training Day"; "Youth Self-Managed Study Hour"... Through these models and movements, motivation has been created for officers, soldiers, and union members to promote a sense of responsibility and youthful energy to build strong and comprehensive units and successfully complete assigned tasks.

Officers and members of Regiment 19, Division 968 participated in a general cleanup and maintenance of the martyrs' cemetery in the area.

As a result, during this year's "Youth Month," officers and members of the 4th Military Region have completed nearly 200 valuable and meaningful youth projects and activities. "These projects and activities by the youth of the Military Region's armed forces have made practical contributions to serving the lives of soldiers, creating motivation and encouraging officers, soldiers, and youth union members of the Military Region to strive to excellently fulfill all assigned tasks," affirmed Colonel Bui The Ky, Head of the Mass Mobilization Department of the 4th Military Region.

Economic and National Defense Brigade 4 provided free medical examinations and medication to the people.

The enthusiastic and youthful spirit of March in the 4th Military Region has left a strong impression on the local Party committees, authorities, and people through each project and task.
