ANTD.VN - On February 18, 2025, Sun World - Vietnam's leading entertainment complex system belonging toSun Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement for 2025 with 3 "giants" in the field of technology and tourism, Klook, Hanatour and Ezcloud, with many expectations of expanding the ticket distribution system, comprehensively improving the tourist experience and pioneering the promotion of digital transformation in the Vietnamese tourism industry.
The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement in 2025 between Sun World and Klook, Hanatour and Ezcloud is one of the important events, marking Sun World's pioneering role in providing timely marketing and digitalization solutions in 2025, enhancing customer experience through comprehensive applications on tourism management and business activities such as Klook - Asia's leading e-commerce platform for tourism experiences and services, Hanatour - Korea's leading travel agency with the largest market share in 30 years, EzCloud - the leading management, distribution and business platform for tourism products in Vietnam.

As Asia’s leading travel e-commerce platform, Klook plays a key role in distributing tickets to Sun World resorts in both domestic and international markets. In 2025, under the cooperation agreement with Sun World, Klook will continue to focus on 10 key markets, including Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong (China) and Malaysia in the highest priority group. At the same time, markets such as Singapore, Taiwan (China), India, Thailand and Indonesia will also receive significant investment to expand their reach.
In addition to expanding ticket sales channels, Klook will develop additional products and services at Sun World parks, and create unique combo packages to suit the needs of each market. It is expected that the total ticket output across the Sun World system distributed through Klook will grow by 30% compared to 2024.
In addition to product development, Klook and Sun World will launch a series of strong communication and image promotion campaigns, targeting not only the domestic market but also international tourists to Vietnam. In particular, the two sides will coordinate to organize large-scale marketing campaigns such as Kreator and Offline Travel Fest, helping to increase brand awareness and promote experiential tourism at destinations in the Sun World system.
“This year, we have some big initiatives. The first is to create Kreator, a new type of tourism and a new sales channel. We are developing a team of up to 500 and possibly 1,000 creative people who can promote Sun World to customers,” Mr. Hoang revealed about the Kreator program.

HanaTour is a key player in bringing Korean tourists to Sun World. With the 2025 cooperation agreement, HanaTour aims to increase the total number of Sun World tickets nationwide in 2025 by 20% compared to 2024, with the total number of Sun World tickets sold nationwide in 2025 expected to exceed 150,000 tickets. The two parties will coordinate to implement marketing campaigns to the Korean market, while developing specialized tourism products exclusively for Korean tourists, such as a separate customer care system at Sun World amusement parks, a separate parking area and a "Wowservices" service package to bring the most complete experience.
According to the cooperation agreement with EzCloud, the partner will provide solutions to solve 4 core problems of the tourism sector: operation, distribution, business and customer experience. Cooperating with this company, Sun World's products and services will be easily accessible to tourists around the world through nearly 100 online room and ticket sales sites worldwide, online transactions from the website or social networks of the business. The process of managing and operating hotels and entertainment areas is also simplified and improved in efficiency so that the processing time for procedures for guests becomes easier and faster.
In 2025, EzCloud commits to becoming an “extended arm” to help Sun World reach the network of 9,000 hotels using EzCloud’s management software nationwide, aiming to reach 350,000 tickets sold across the Sun World system in 2025. Mr. Bui Duc, Co-founder and Director of Ho Chi Minh City of EzCloud said: “We believe that this combination is not only a milestone of normal cooperation but also a fusion of two ecosystems. One side is a leading destination, the other side is a technology bridge, creating an extended arm, helping visitors access Sun World in the easiest, fastest and most effective way”.
