"Ngan Collagen" real name is Tran Thi Bich Ngan, born in 1995 in Ca Mau . In addition to selling weight loss products on social networks and e-commerce platforms, "Ngan Collagen" also sells a number of skin care creams, melasma treatment creams, acne treatment creams, lip balms... under the brand name N-Collagen.

In May, "Ngan Collagen" reported that Ngan 98's weight loss product had quality problems, and the authorities then stepped in to investigate. On October 13, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department initiated a criminal case, prosecuted the accused, and issued an arrest warrant for Vo Thi Ngoc Ngan (Ngan 98) for the crime of Manufacturing and trading in counterfeit food products.

On media sites, "Ngan Collagen" is often introduced as the founder and CEO of N-Collagen Import Export Company Limited - the exclusive distributor of "belly fat-burning apple candy". This product is also advertised by "Ngan Collagen".

According to the National Business Registration Portal, N-Collagen Import Export Company Limited was established in October 2018, with an initial charter capital of 1 billion VND, and its main business line is cosmetics retail. The Director and initial Legal Representative is Mr. Lam Hoai Phong (born in 1980). Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City.

Notably, the position of Director and Legal Representative of this company has changed many times. After nearly a year of establishment, the above position was transferred to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh (born in 1984).

In November 2019, the above position was transferred to Mr. Tran Thai Nguyen (born in 1981). Then it was Mr. Thang Quoc Em (born in 1989) and now Mr. Huynh Viec Nhat Tuong (born in 1998)...

Recently, in early September, the company suddenly registered to add 3 more business lines: production of alcoholic beverages and mineral water; wholesale of beverages; retail of beverages in specialized stores. The main business line is still retail of cosmetics.

Regarding the product "apple candy to eliminate belly fat", at the end of May, the Food Safety Department ( Ministry of Health ) informed that through post-inspection of food product announcement and advertisement, it discovered that some products of N-Collagen Import Export Company Limited advertised by "Ngan Collagen" violated regulations.

The Department said it has issued an official dispatch requesting the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety and the Hanoi Department of Food Safety and Hygiene to urgently inspect and verify the production of the above products, take samples for testing to determine banned substances (if any) for handling according to regulations.

In April, "Ngan Collagen" caused a stir on social media when she organized a housewarming party for a 500 billion VND villa in Can Tho. According to "Ngan Collagen" on her personal TikTok channel, the villa was built on an area of 1,000 square meters and took 5 years to complete.
