Maintain growth momentum, achieve business goals
In the first 9 months of 2025, SeABank maintained a stable growth momentum, steadily moving towards completing key goals for 2025. Accordingly, total assets reached more than VND 380,808 billion, an increase of 16.92% compared to the end of 2024 and completing 106% of the 2025 plan.
Compared to December 31, 2024, outstanding loans to customers increased by 11.6%, reaching VND 233,562 billion thanks to selective expansion of the credit portfolio and effective implementation of solutions to support customers in need of loans. Along with that, mobilization of deposits and valuable papers increased by 6.5% compared to the end of 2024, reaching VND 211,674 billion. After 9 months, the bank's equity increased by more than 15% compared to December 31, 2024 and reached nearly VND 40,268 billion, charter capital at VND 28,450 billion. The bad debt ratio remained at 1.95%.

Adhering to the strategy of diversifying products and services, SeABank continuously invests in technology and develops a partner ecosystem to help diversify revenue sources and ensure sustainable growth. As a result, in the first 9 months of 2025, non-interest income (NOII) reached VND 3,856 billion, an increase of VND 2,207 billion, equivalent to nearly 134% over the same period; total operating income (TOI) reached VND 11,109 billion, an increase of nearly 21%.
The proportion of non-interest income to total operating income reached 34.72%, up nearly 17% over the same period, reflecting a diversified revenue structure and clear growth of non-credit service segments.
In the first 9 months of 2025, SeABank's total revenue reached VND 22,066 billion, up 26.83% over the same period. Pre-tax profit reached VND 6,739 billion, up 49.5% over the same period and completed 104% of the 2025 plan early. This result reflects a clear improvement in profit margin and increased capital efficiency, thereby consolidating a solid financial foundation for the Bank.
Entering the fourth quarter of 2025, SeABank will focus on improving growth quality, focusing on reviewing the credit portfolio, optimizing capital efficiency and improving profit margins through flexible asset and capital management strategies. At the same time, the Bank will promote proactive risk management, increase provisioning and ensure operational safety indicators according to international standards such as Basel III, creating a premise for sustainable growth in the next period.

In the first 9 months of 2025, SeABank focused on developing products and services for each customer segment, while implementing many incentive programs and comprehensive financial solution packages to meet the diverse needs of individual and corporate customers. In particular, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and women-owned enterprises continue to be the key customer groups in the Bank's comprehensive financial promotion strategy, with many comprehensive financial - non-financial support programs "tailored" according to the characteristics of each industry such as FDI enterprises, construction, trade and services, etc.
For individual customers, SeABank promotes the digitalization of products and services to bring convenient and seamless experiences on all platforms.
