The Hanoi Food Culture Festival 2024, themed "Hanoi Connecting Five Continents," took place at Thong Nhat Park with the participation of nearly 100 stalls from businesses, shops, and craft villages in Hanoi and eight other provinces and cities. Along Tran Thai Tong pedestrian street, nearly a dozen pho stalls attracted a large number of locals and tourists who came to visit and experience the culinary scene. The festival attracted thousands of people who came to visit, experience, and shop.
Famous pho restaurants in Hanoi include: Pho Ngoc Vuong, Pho Thin, Pho Ga Nghe Nhan, Pho Hanoi Xua, Pho Hoang Gia... Many locals and tourists visit and experience Hanoi pho. Artisan-style chicken pho is sold for 50,000 VND per bowl. Hot fried dough sticks are also a favorite snack for locals attending the Hanoi Food Culture Festival. At the Hanoi Food Culture Festival 2024, locals and tourists can also experience making Hanoi pho noodles.
Many young people enjoy the experience of making Hanoi-style pho noodles. Many traditional craft stalls offer hands-on experiences for locals and tourists. A young child participates in a hands-on experience grinding flour using a stone mortar.

The rows of stalls selling products from traditional villages such as Ước Lễ pork sausage, Làng Vòng rice flakes, Mễ Trì rice flakes, Phú Thượng sticky rice and sweet soup, Tranh Khúc rice cakes, Phùng spring rolls, Quán Gánh sticky rice cakes, Phú Nhi rice cakes, Quảng Phú Cầu rice porridge, Hạ Mỗ rice porridge, and Làng So vermicelli... were also bustling with visitors and shoppers.
This year, the festival features participation from 16 embassies: Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Brazil, India, Iran, Japan, Mongolia, Laos, the Russian Federation, Sri Lanka, Turkey, South Korea, France, Italy, and Venezuela.
The Hanoi Food Culture Festival 2024 also features many photo-worthy spots showcasing Hanoi's pho heritage.
The highlight of the festival is the activity of protecting, promoting, and introducing the intangible cultural heritage of "Hanoi Pho". The organizing committee announced the decision to include "Hanoi Pho" in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage. The Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival will take place from November 28th to December 1st at Thong Nhat Park and Tran Thai Tong pedestrian street (Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi).
