Introduction: The Ka Te Festival at Po Sah Inư Tower, Phan Thiet is one of the important cultural and religious events of the Cham people following Brahmanism. Taking place every year around September or October of the solar calendar, the festival has a profound meaning in honoring and remembering ancestors, gods, and especially Goddess Po Sah Inư - an important cultural symbol of the Cham people.
