On the night of September 19, a motorcyclist fell and was injured after hitting rocks and piles of rice covered with tarpaulins on the roadside of Su Van Hanh (Dong Hoi ward). According to the reporter's investigation, many people brazenly dry rice on the roadside overnight, even using objects such as bricks, rocks, and tree trunks to prevent encroachment.
