Ms. Luong Thi Chang was born in 1991 in Van Linh commune. She graduated from Lang Son Pedagogical College in 2015 and has been working at Van Linh Kindergarten since 2017. She then went to university and graduated from Thai Nguyen Pedagogical University with a good degree. During her working process and commitment to the profession, she always works hard, learns, practices every day and is constantly creative. Currently, she is directly teaching the 2-year-old class and holds the role of Head of the Nursery Department of Van Linh Kindergarten.

She always believes that raising children is a very special profession. As a teacher, you not only have to "teach" but also "coax"; not only educate but also take care of and "nurture" the future.

With that in mind, over the past school years, Ms. Chang has always been devoted to her "little children", taking care of their every meal and sleep, enthusiastically imparting knowledge and skills to the children. With the motto "All for dear students", she herself is always conscious of learning from colleagues, researching and applying new methods and good experiences in teaching children. For example, in the past two school years, she has had 2 initiatives that have been recognized and effectively applied within the facility. In the 2023-2024 school year, she is the subject of the initiative: "Measures to effectively organize afternoon naps for 2-year-old children in class B2, Van Linh Kindergarten".

Ms. Chang shared: The 2-year-old children in the first days of school are unfamiliar with their teachers and friends, so they often do not sleep deeply at noon. Some children often startle when sleeping, sweat a lot during sleep, and some children have not yet been weaned from breastfeeding, so it is difficult for them to fall asleep. Therefore, I often get close to them and learn about their individual characteristics to find a way to comfort and soothe them. For children who have not yet been weaned from breastfeeding, at bedtime, I mix milk that the family has prepared for them to drink, then use loving gestures and pat them to help them fall asleep easily.

In the above initiative, Ms. Chang also trains children to nap through play activities; prepares sleeping places for children according to the season; through pick-up and drop-off times, she regularly exchanges with parents about the children's sleep situation in class as well as at home... From there, she helps 2-year-old children gradually get used to the routine of living in class.

Her initiative and creativity are also shown in making her own teaching aids and toys from locally available materials, which are new, attractive and safe for children. In particular, she often talks to and encourages children, especially slow, weak, and disadvantaged children, creating a friendly and happy learning environment... Thanks to that, she has contributed to improving the quality of education and childcare in the class and school.

For the class she is in charge of, in the 2024 - 2025 school year, the rate of children with normal weight and normal height reached 100%, there were no children with grade I stunting and underweight malnutrition. Regarding the quality of child care and education, 100% of children met the requirements. In recent school years, she has been classified as an excellent civil servant, and has been commended and rewarded by all levels and sectors. In particular, in the 2023 - 2024 school year, she achieved the title of "Basic Emulation Fighter"; on September 5, 2025, she was awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for her outstanding achievements in professional work.

Ms. Hoang Thi Muc, Party Cell Secretary, Principal of Van Linh Kindergarten, commented: Among the staff and teachers of the school, teacher Luong Thi Chang is one of the typical examples, loved and trusted by colleagues and parents. She has a solid level, regularly self-study, improve knowledge, work scientifically , seriously, creatively, and always completes all assigned tasks well. In work as well as in life, she is always enthusiastic, dedicated, responsible, wholeheartedly loves and cares for children. In relationships with colleagues, she is a friendly, sincere, and united person.

As the Head of the Professional Group, Ms. Chang not only does her job well but also contributes to improving the overall professional quality of the whole school. She also actively participates in movements, social work, and volunteer activities of the school as well as in the locality, contributing to spreading the beautiful image of a loving and responsible preschool teacher.
