Thanks to encouragement and favorable conditions, the economic structure has shifted towards increasing the proportion of trade and services, and the material life of the people in the ward has improved. Currently, the ward has 28 limited liability companies, 3 joint stock companies, 4 cooperatives, 503 trade and service business households and 847 workers participating in industrial and handicraft production. The average income of workers in the local trade and service sector is from 4-6 million VND/person/month. The total trade and service revenue of the ward in 2023 reached 83 billion VND. In the first quarter of 2024 alone, trade and services are estimated to reach 20 billion VND. The average income per capita of the ward is 55 million VND/year; the whole ward still has 3 poor households and 24 near-poor households; many families earn hundreds of millions of VND each year thanks to the development of trade and services.

Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan, group 17, said that taking advantage of the favorable geographical location on Truong Chinh Street, Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang , his family has built a point to introduce and sell Tuan Hung specialties, agricultural products, and clean food of the family for nearly 3 years. Initially, business was difficult, profits were low, customers were not familiar, but from 2022, when trade developed, people's lives were improved, the demand for clean food was paid more attention by people, so the store's business was also favorable. The family specializes in trading clean products, attracting customers from near and far to buy and sell. Annual revenue reaches over 150 million VND/year.

The family of Mr. Quan Van Tiep, Director of Tuyen Quang Sika Deer Breeding Cooperative, Head of the Sika Deer Breeding Professional Association, Group 2, said that taking advantage of the urban development axis from Tuyen Quang city to Yen Son district center, his family invested in raising Sika Deer with a herd of 50-70 deer each year. He established the Tuyen Quang Sika Deer Breeding Cooperative to guide local people and other provinces on techniques and sell breeding animals, earning over 1 billion VND per year, creating jobs for 2-4 workers, with a salary of 5-6 million VND/month. He plans to open a store to introduce deer antlers to customers near and far in the near future.
