In Can Tho, implementing the model "Listening to the people in the last week of the month, speaking in a way the people understand, and acting in a way the people trust," Tan Hoa organized meetings with the people, listened to their suggestions, provided answers, and built a closer relationship with the people.

Implementing the model of "Listening to the people in the last week of the month, speaking in a way the people understand, and acting in a way the people trust," Tan Hoa commune, Can Tho city, recently organized a meeting and interaction session with the people of hamlets 2, 3, and 4 in the area.

During the meeting, residents raised numerous opinions and suggestions revolving around practical issues such as: the need for clean water supply for daily life, the construction of rural bridges, the slow processing of administrative procedures, especially in the land sector; the reward system for having only one child; and the procedures for registering the birth of children with foreign elements…

The commune's specialized departments directly exchanged information, answered questions, and clarified each issue, thereby resolving difficulties for the people. During this event, the local authorities also combined this with disseminating information about the purpose and significance of the election of National Assembly and People's Council representatives at all levels; guiding people on administrative procedures at the commune's Public Administrative Service Center; and providing information on the security and order situation in the area.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Hoang Xuyen, Secretary of the Tan Hoa Commune Party Committee, instructed relevant agencies to address and resolve the people's requests within their authority; for issues beyond their jurisdiction, they should proactively coordinate with relevant levels and sectors to resolve them definitively and effectively. This will create a positive ripple effect and strengthen the people's trust in the leadership of the Party Committee and the management and administration of the government.

According to the plan, in 2026, Tan Hoa commune will continue to implement this model in the remaining hamlets, contributing to improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, building a government that is close to the people, understands the people, and serves the people.
