Accelerate construction of provincial road 391.

These days, the construction site of Provincial Road 391, the section passing through Quang Phuc commune (Tu Ky district, Hai Duong province), is bustling with activity and urgency. The new, beautiful road section is taking shape, creating a new look for the locality.

Package No. 10 for the construction of the road (section from km14+800 - km17+250) is one of three sections under the Project to Upgrade and Expand Provincial Road 391 from Hai Duong City to the East-West arterial road, Hai Duong Province.

The contractor for package number 10 is a consortium comprising Song Da Hanoi Joint Stock Company, Thu Do Construction and Equipment Joint Stock Company, and Bao Long Insurance Joint Stock Company.

The road section, over 2 km long, was constructed with a roadbed width of 21 m, a road surface width of 12 m, a left shoulder width of 7 m, a right shoulder width of 2 m, and a design speed of 60 km/hour.

The starting point is at km15 of Provincial Road 391 in Quang Phuc commune (Tu Ky district), and the ending point is at km17+250, connecting with the starting point of the Investment and Construction Project of the main road section of Tu Ky town currently under construction.

The contractor for package number 10 has completed over 80% of the work, including 1/2.5 km of asphalt concrete paving and 1/2.5 km of crushed stone base course.

Currently, contractors have mobilized over 60 technical staff and workers with 25 pieces of equipment, divided into 3 construction teams. It is expected that this week, asphalt concrete paving will begin on branches N2 and N3 at the intersection, and the drainage system and curbs at the intersection will be completed. The goal is to complete the technical acceptance of the road before the April 30th - May 1st, 2025 holiday.

The project's investor, the Hai Duong Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, regularly inspects and monitors the implementation to ensure the quality and progress of the project.
