Speed ​​up construction of provincial road 391

Package No. 10 for construction of traffic roads (section from km14+800 - km17+250) is one of 3 sections of the Project to Upgrade and Expand Provincial Road 391 from Hai Duong City to the East-West axis road, Hai Duong province.

The contractor for package 10 is a joint venture of Song Da Hanoi Joint Stock Company, Thu Do Construction and Equipment Joint Stock Company, and Bao Long Insurance Joint Stock Corporation.

The road section with a length of more than 2 km is built with a scale of 21 m roadbed, 12 m road surface, 7 m left shoulder, 2 m right shoulder, design speed 60 km/h.

The starting point is at km15 of provincial road 391 in Quang Phuc commune (Tu Ky), the ending point is at km17+250, connecting with the starting point of the Investment Project to build a section of the main road of Tu Ky town under construction.

The construction unit of package No. 10 has completed more than 80% of the volume, of which the asphalt concrete pavement reached 1/2.5 km and the crushed stone mixture reached 1/2.5 km.

Currently, the contractors have mobilized more than 60 technical staff and workers with 25 pieces of machinery and equipment divided into 3 construction teams. It is expected that this week, asphalt concrete will be constructed at branches N2 and N3 at the intersection area and the technical infrastructure system of drainage ditches and curbs at the intersection will be completed. Strive to technically accept the route before the holiday of April 30 - May 1, 2025.

The project investor is the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, which regularly inspects and supervises the implementation to ensure project quality and progress.
