Linking the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings with emulation movements.

Implementing Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 on "Promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style," the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee directed the close integration of studying and emulating President Ho Chi Minh with the implementation of the goals and tasks of localities, agencies, and units, as well as the work of Party building and rectification. At the same time, it proposed specific and practical solutions to implement Conclusion No. 01 and the Action Program for implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Binh Thuan Provincial Party Congress; linking the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style with patriotic emulation movements. Specifically, agencies, units, and localities have paid attention to personnel work, building a streamlined and efficient organizational structure; focusing on resolving issues related to the public service ethics of cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees; Implementing policies and regulations, receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations; strengthening leadership and guidance in practicing thrift and combating waste; rectifying working methods and styles, enforcing discipline and order in state administrative agencies… have been well received and highly appreciated by officials, Party members, and the people.

Notably, the Provincial Party Standing Committee implemented Guidance No. 06 on organizing the political activity "Keeping the Party Member's Oath". Through this political activity, the aim is to further strengthen propaganda activities on the history of the Party, on the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, and on the revolutionary traditions of the homeland and country among cadres and Party members. Each Party member should reflect on their personal fulfillment of their oath and promises to their agencies, organizations, and the people since being admitted to the Party and assuming leadership and management responsibilities. This should focus on clarifying strengths and weaknesses, identifying causes, and determining solutions to continue fulfilling the oath and promises of each cadre and Party member.

Furthermore, in conjunction with implementing Conclusion 01 and the resolutions of the 13th National Party Congress, the 14th Provincial Party Congress, and Resolutions 4 of the Central Committee (12th and 13th terms), the Provincial Party Standing Committee selected three pressing issues to focus on. First, enhancing the responsibility and spirit of service to the people among cadres, civil servants, and public employees. In the coming period, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requests that local Party committees and authorities continue to lead, direct, and effectively promote the role of Party secretaries and heads of agencies and units in implementing Conclusion No. 01, Plan No. 39, and annual thematic programs, in conjunction with the implementation of resolutions, directives, and regulations of the Party, especially the implementation of the solutions outlined in Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (12th and 13th terms) on Party building and rectification.
